Today I am grateful for finding an ink pen I'd lost (that dc gave me for sprout day, eek!), for good work from my y11 pupils, for the sky, for a good book, for good coffee.

Hi turtlesForgot to post yesterday but not much to report, had a busy day at work, pretty much back to back appointments. Still felt a bit rough and OH offered to buy pizza so I gave in.Today was much of the same, although managed to start the day with pilates. Train home was cancelled so I had to get the bus and then walk. At least I got my steps in! Foodwise I haven't been that good today either, but I've been so busy I haven't spent which is good!NSD's - 11Healthy food days - 11Workouts this week - 39

I'll have the chaise longue, please - I have books, drinks and chocolate biscuits. What I don't have is money in my account, the bleep bleep bleepers messed up once again. When the solicitor phoned she said I didn't even sound surprised. Niece and I are both hoping it's just that these people have money (going by the buyers address and her son's) and people with money try to hang onto their money as long as possible. Money should arrive Monday (don't hold your breath).
Felt very flat all day and sitting for several hours waiting for a phone call didn't help. I did the running around (keys are in the bungalow) as I really don't want to do it on Monday before catching the bus to catch the train to Blackpool. Having a quick meet up with my niece on Sunday afternoon.
Grateful for chocolate biscuits, a lovely solicitor, good books to read.7 -

Oh @grandmanerd, what a lot of messing you about they are doing! If only you could add an extra £X amount each time you were let down, to soften the blow! Hopefully Monday will be the end of it & you won't ever have to think about it again! 🤞
Felt very achy this morning from yesterday's yoga, so decided to give it a miss today. Think I'll stick to that routine for a little bit though, if it helps my core 😊 Work went better than I expected,my pupil left early, so i got to play librarian again 😃
Mad dash to town after, dropped my friend home, paid money in at the bank, took mum shopping, checked her emails for pension info, then rushed home for a quick tea, before bingo. Didn't win anything unfortunately, bit made a nice change.
Grateful for getting everything done that I needed to before tea, avoid day at work, fun at bingoUse it up, wear it out

The money is in the solicitors bank account where it will sit all weekend for them to get the benefit of the interest on it. It is classic house selling shenanigans. It will all go through fine on Monday @grandmanerd.I gave step-gran's house keys to my estate agent, and told them to hand them over when the buyers had paid. The estate agent told me 2 hours before my shonky solicitor that everything had gone through and the funds were with the solicitor. It is a racket.I have finished my work, just walked out the sliding door at 8pm.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

20/1 and still NSD 10.
However I've been paid for the tickets I bought so actually in profit for the day!
Nothing useful done this evening, but I have a (long) list for tomorrow.
@f0xh0les, I'm amused by you not telling anyone work is finishing- i would love a week or two of no work, but without having my time filled by other people's plans!7 -
As far as anyone here knows, I am off for the next three days and I have things to do.
I will out myself on Monday night .
