Is there no complaints policy?  It's mandatory.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't Google it. Search the forum to find it written dozens of times in a parking context.

I did search the forum too, I can only find two email addresses for SIP...
...But dozens of instances of us talking about Fairlie v Fenton, which shows you what to put.

Sorry our wires are getting crossed here, I realise now I'm not being clear. I'm attempting to post and research things while trying to organise doctors appointments and other issues I'm having at the moment so I apologise.

My post earlier about Fairlie v Fenton was more a comment on me just getting to grips with it and trying to understand it generally, I have since found plenty of useful information on it in the context of parking through the forum that I can work with. I'm honestly not trying to be frustrating to deal with, but I understand that I'm a little unfocused to say the least and not always making the most sense (my friends and family have to deal with that daily). Everything you've replied with has been a great help so far!

They replied basically saying that they changed the prices on 01/11/2022 to £5.50 for 12 hours with sufficient
signage to inform the customers. They provided photos of the signs with the updated prices.

I was certain the sign said £5 but I don't even know anymore. I would happily just pay the £100 to forget all about this but they are actually asking for £160 despite the letter saying £100, there's zero mention of the £60.
Your very first post shows a sign clearly saying 12 hours for £5. @Coupon-mad then made a very relevant post just under that. I appreciate that it is not to do with the 'agency' point, but you really should not be thinking of paying to "make it go away" when you have such strong points on your side.
The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.

It's dawning on me now, that it's probably a screenshot from Google maps. It's been such a long time since I posted that I assumed it was a photo that I'd taken so it didn't occur to me that I'd taken it from elsewhere.

I think unsurprisingly I've made an error along the way. It does appear that the changes in pricing is meant to catch people out and I got caught out.

But you didn't because you won't be paying.

It reads as if you didn't expect the appeal to be rejected.  We knew it would be!  Yet you are reading it as if if matters.  It doesn't.
