SIP Car Parks (1) is a different company to SIP Parking Ltd so there is a disclosed Principal. The "SIP CAR PARKS" on the parking receipt will be further evidence of this.

Does this mean they have one company for the car parks themselves and another for dealing with these bogus parking charges? Will this be useful in preparing my defence?

What does a "disclosed Principal" refer to in this case? I'd assume it's identifying exactly who is threatening to take me to court. Thanks in advance.
