I'm not required to am I? I posted about this to save you wasting your time and money writing to cpw.
You sometimes have to trust people.
If you aren't happy with the advice I have given, go to Companies House for a definitive answer.0 -
Give up Quentin; sometimes you only hit your head against a brick wall! When people listen to the wrong advice and attack those giving correct advice or information all ytou can do is tell them and so that others need not follow their example!0

Hi MJ, Yes, he's now "ignored", so this exchange is closed!0

Unfortunately, all you are doing is working yourself up and wasting time and effort clutching at straws. This is a VERY well-worn path over a long period of time. Cashback deals are notorious and catch a lot of people out; they should never be entered into unless you know exactly what you are doing, can do if things go wrong (or can't) and who you are dealing with. There have been many dealers like this one; thousands have lost a good deal of money. There is a risk with any cashback deal - all you can do is lessen it considerably with a lot of research before you enter into one and accept the risks which then result. It's something you'll have to accept and live with, so move on and be more careful who you deal with in future. There is ample information on this site for those who wish to enter into these deals. Anyone not reading much of it first is reducing their chances of getting their money by a huge amount.0 -
Yes, live with that!!! They will do whatever and we have to live with that!! I am not going to cry for that money, but at least somebody needs to stop this!!
I paid off whole my contract with O2 and thanks God!! Never ever again I will get any deals with Orange or O2 ....0 -
Nobody can stop people rushing into things they don't understand, which offer something for nothing but don't deliver unless you know how to play the game. Stopping those who do may make you fell better but helps no-one. Whether you choose to take out these deals is your personal choice; I continue to get about 2 per month for myself and others but I invest a lot of time on here keeping an eye on things, have back-up plans and understand the risks. I avoid dealers like this one and cover myself with others, but if i lose out it's my responsibility and no-one else's. I advise people not to do these deals since most don't know what they're doing and aren't prepared to invest the time beforehand. Stopping them is anathema and a kneejerk reaction to the bad judgement of those calling for it. These deals work if done VERY carefully; denying those who know perfectly well about dealers like this and won't cry if they make a wrong decision is as wrong as dealers who rip people off in the first place.0

A particular reply to Steve0071 - I have been through exactly the same process as you and am finding it really tough to locate their office for the bailiffs. have you made any further progress since you last spoke to the Courts? I am interested to decide whether there is any point in me taking it further?

Just sue them. I did and forced them to pay up. Takes several months though
The company to sue is Telco Limited trading as Express Mobiles at Unit 5 The Tanneries, Fareham, Hants - address is on the companies house site
They are in breach of contract if they dont pay you as specified in their T&C
You can sue for the full contract amount less any payments already received.
Their Defence will be that they are not connected with Express Mobiles. Luckily I had photocopies of their cheques issued by "Telco Limited t/a Express Mobiles".
They wont turn up at court.0
