We submitted our documents on the 17/10/22 and Natwest requested more documents on the 08/11/2022 (current accounts - my fault I only sent them the joint account as this is where our salaries get paid into and the bills come out of) our vendors are now threating to pull the sale from us.
Is anyone else in the same position do you think that if they were going to decline the mortgage do you think they would have done so by now?
I'm so stressed at the moment I can barely sleep.
Thanks in advance x
They can decline but normally they don’t at your stage until anything material different. So keep fingers crossed.
Vendors won’t pull out they are just playing because yes it’s frustrating… without a doubt for them.
But then pulling out isn’t in their favour because by the time they re market and choose a new buyer it will be too late and new buyer can get struck with lender as well.Just explain them above and that you are now the best for them and ask for more time .
Also market is going down so they might not achieve same price as you agreed with new buyer.
Good Luck
Thanks again0 -

Broker can as well give you this but don't rely all on broker information. There are many people who have been messed up by their well trusted brokers.
You must have passed affordability to get to this stage ...
Good Luck .

Do you think we've passed addordability. We had all ticked on Saturday and they have just asked for proof of deposit. Thanks. So stressed0
