Here is my case
1 Self Employed
2 Employed
I am assuming being one applicant self employed it will take over 4-6 weeks,
so question is did any one got being self employed offer in 15 days as timeline on their website?
and finally for those waiting ...
did you paid for searches or not yet? as soliciator said its wise to wait but that really means another 4 to 6 weeks so I am just worried vendor might feel annoyed.
Thanks

Also are Employed or Self employed? Major time difference in both.
I have seen another poster who applied on 4/10 got more queries yesterday so I am assuming your will be in a day or so as well.0 -

We've already instructed our solicitor to begin the searches. Things are taking so long at the minute, and our vendor is already stressing. We're so desperate to get on the ladder at this point (our previous transaction fell through at six months and we lost the 1.97% rate we had... ouch) that we'll take the risk and hopefully move early next year.0 -

Small update on the tracker for me today (which only started working yesterday). Valuation has been instructed and they’re checking pay slips. Small progress, but glad it’s moving along.0

Also it means tracker starts working after 15 days … ie you applied on 6th and today in 21st so 21-6 =15 days ..,1 -
Just to add, spoke to NatWest today and they are saying their standard time is now 20 working days for the application just for it to be keyed in.Their website claims 15 but support is insisting on 20 days.0
