Also no word about my wage slips and bank statements i sent over via a broker ?  if they have asked a valuation is that a good sign?

That’s was quick to valuation so that’s good going.

NW seems like doing most desktop but not necessarily all it’s depends of total amount and area ie how many sold comparable they have.

Not sure but obviously having higher LTV means less risk to lender

Ah that’s the main reason then for quick turnaround, you will be all right … they are doing employed cases pretty quick 


Mostly delayed cases are Self employed
