I’m 90% ltv and know mine was desktop as I spoke to the EA today and they hadn’t been contacted to arrange an in-person. She said that most of the properties they’ve sold recently where NW is the lender, have been desktop.

I am 80% LTV and mine was in-person. I have no idea why everyone experience is so different with the same lender.

Yeah many reporting 75% or less ltv are getting desktop 

But I think lot depending on other factors as area and when was it built etc.

Hi all, Was shocked to wake up this morning to a mortgage offer , So applied 30th september and offer received 25th october, Thats not bad i guess.
The strange thing was the time the offer was received after 9pm surely natwest are not working all hours to catch up? maybe they are which would be great news for everyone waiting. I hope you all progress quickly :-)

Thank you anapiu, It was done on the 12/10 so 13 days after the valuation we received the offer.

A valuation has been instructed and we are now awaiting your client's survey report.	12/10/2022 12:38

Thank you :-) , We are both Employed and yes via a broker, Habito. which i cant praise enough for chasing natwest and updating us constantly.
