Thank you :-) It sure is stressful, The property is 170 odd miles away from our jobs, this is what they asked the broker...
Both of the Applicants Employment address is 170 miles from the property, please confirm how the customer will manage to commute?
We are lucky to be able to still stay at my parents for as many years as we like as we have a seperate add on to the main house, We wanted to buy a property in an area we liked for weekends to get on the property ladder and start getting it paid off!.
We didnt expect buying a property far away would be an issue and i hope natwest doesnt decline the mortgage over it.

That’s a reasonable answer, I think shouldn’t be a problem.Jkm5219 said:Big_Rock said:

Think we’re at a similar stage. I’ve had a valuation (ticked on the tracker but don’t know the outcome) and unticked items which say they’re reviewing my statements and payslips.Big_Rock said:Thanks… tracker has started working but not much movement yet !!! Fifers crossed
Certainly is a loooong wait (applied 6th October)0 -
