Natwest Mortgage Timescale 2022

I’m back here again as I still have not had our mortgage offer. Today is the 16th working day since we submitted extra documents via broker (L&C put myself as a viewing contact but with the vendors address so NatWest clearly thought I was not a FTB)..anyways.I missed a call from my broker late last night and then my tracker looks like this - all the items that were ticked before are still ticked but these are now pending? I’m sure I read on these forums that the tracker goes a little crazy on day of offer. I’m waiting for broker to call me back
can anyone give me an idea of what happens with the tracker on day of offer - give me a glimmer of hope! Our app went in on 27 SEPTEMBER!!

Mines changed yesterday in a blink, I checked at 9am and it was still sitting last action 09/11/2022. Then I got an email around 11am with my mortgage offer. I logged back into my tracker and it had moved to completion.AtPanAtPan said:I’m back here again as I still have not had our mortgage offer. I’ve been told my case has been escalated with the lenders business manager because they still keep returning the application to my broker for the same reason - hopefully I should get an outcome within 48 hours now.I don’t know how it can be so difficult to understand very clear information they’ve been given from both me and the broker on who lives where!0

It's such a stressful process, hopefully now it's been escalated, you will have your answer and hopefully before 5PM....0

my application was submitted on the 10th Nov, they asked for the p60 but was on furlough last year, hasn't updated since, should I be worried.

Nothing to be worried if they have not asked. Every under writer is different so is their questions. As far as you can explain when asked you should be ok .Nuri123 said:

Speak to chat on Monday if they need anything or it been agreed.

Yeah my income involves overtime but most of last year I was on furlough that's why they wanted my last year p60 but as things have gone back to normal my overtime is regular, I hope they understand the pandemic affected many sectors and see through my p60 not showing much overtime for the previous year. It's the wait that's killing me as the buyer for my house is ready to move in and the house I want to buy there ready to move out. Just waiting for meBig_Rock said:

Still not got offer. Big_rock you were right. Broker had forgot to send a payslip also natwest kept asking for the ones they already had and not the one they didn't have. They have said all agreed pending this payslip. But my problem now is the payslip they didn't have had sick pay on as I had covid so couldn't work for a week. So if you calculate that top line it takes me below what I stated as my yearly wage. The other payslips were more than I had stated and even the lesser amount still gave me about 20k headroom on what I have applied for. Should I be worried. I am back on full pay now as I was only off for a week0
