Strange ... Are you sure, often brokers don't tell that they missed sending stuff with app. So you don't give them the much needed talk LOL

Not saying this has happened but could be.

If it deposit issue they should be very quick to all tick again and then offer.

If its payslip as it say then it can be a few days again unfortunately ..

irrespective of what it is but really frustrating process.

I know. I don't want to risk paying solicitors for searches. Just in case
But want to move asap lol
  • hey all, does anyone know how long it will take NatWest to review the 10 questions we were asked about our statements? Basically, we submitted on 28/10/22 and on Monday 21/11/22 all was ticked, and they were saying all has been reviewed and valuation all done and approved. then we were asked 10 questions about our statements and asked to clarify a few things. we have today submitted the answers back to natwest and they have advised it's been received. we're hoping a couple days, but does anyone know?

Why do we pay £50 to ref mum (nest egg for xmas), why you paying money to paragon bank (lifetime isa) and why you paying money to a credit card we said wasnt there. (its now closed and showing on credit file and another credit card (again closed 0 balance and not updated on credit file yet) there was a question on klarna and creation currys ( we were paying high sums back while we can to pretty much reduce the debt to 0)
  • oh and what are the credits from freetrade limited (half our money we put in stocks and took it out to put into our LISA)

Ok normally they say 15 working days but usually 5 to 10 …saying that they don’t have any fixed pattern you can get all done very quick or could be waiting weeks ..

But with that sort of questions it looks like you are nearly at end of underwriting .

    Good Luck

  • Hi. New to this forum and having same long process. Application has been in since 11 October. Valuation completed. Asked for further statements submitted same day on 7 November. They did a hard search and a soft same day application was submitted. I have now got a notification that they have completed 2 further hard searches on my account yesterday. Is this normal?

Slightly concerned why they have had to do two further hard searches so late in process. Ltv is 70%.
