    Any idea what is next in the application process? FTB applied 17/10 via broker with 90% LTV.

    Make sure to check on chat they are not waiting for any documents…

    I have seen people with all ticks and brokers didn’t checked but still outstanding Docs.

    If all ok and all ticked then next will be offer usually in 2 day but no set time people have it in 15 min and some didn’t for 15 days 

    but good thing is all ticked

    My tracker was all ticked from 20th OCTOBER. Then nothing. Then outstanding actions again on 7/11 and 9/11, all ticked again as of 11/11. I'm still waiting...... :(

    New to the forum. We recently completed on our sale, temporarily back with parents whilst hopefully buying our second home which is a new build (fingers crossed). 

    1) Self employed 
    2) Employed 

    LTV technically 69% but product applied for 75% LTV. 

    Our timeline so far;

    Mon 17/10/22 - Mortgage submitted via broker 

    Friday 28/10/22 - NatWest application live, requested one further doc doc submitted same day as held on file by broker

    Thurs 3/11/22 Valuation booked 

    Fri 4/11/22 Valuation. 

    Mon 7/11/22 Valuation received 

    Wed 9/11/22 Requested more information 

    Tues 15/11/22 All actions ticked on tracker
