Pleased to say we’ve just had our offer through.

if it’s any help @Velar19 - everything basically happened today in the space of a few hours (tracker went from pending to ticket, new message to say we’d get an offer within 5 days and then the offer via email)
Congratulations, I’m so pleased for you!
I am still waiting (surprise surprise) even after I was told underwriters would review the case by the end of today. I’ve pretty much given up all hope now 😩

We uploaded all requested documents on 25th Oct and received offer 10th Nov.

This for 1x employed and 1x self employed. Re-mortgage from Nationwide to Natwest offer valid for 6 months, although the switch rates for Nationwide existing customers have come down since I originally applied.

Congratulations that’s was a very good turn around
  • Thanks. I'd actually been hoping it would push on into december as I thought it would only be a 3 month offer being a re-mortgage and we have an ERC until 28th Feb.

We were told the same on 24th October. Ours were all ticked as of 20th Oct. We still haven't had our offer. We have since found out about the year of birth discrepancy (see my previous posts) and it's been a nightmare ever since. We have had another 5 actions outstanding from 5/11, 7/11 and 9/11 and they have now all been ticked as of 1656hrs this afternoon.
