UKPC sent County Court Business Centre letter - what do I do?

    How did it happen that the case is being heard "on the papers"? Did you agree to this (and mediation) when you completed your DQ - N180?

    No I said I didn't want it heard on the papers so am confused too!

    This is what I sent! And this is what the letter they have sent says!

    Well it clearly states you can write to the court and give your reasons why you object; suggest you send copy of your DQ with a strongly worded (but polite) letter asking why they ignored your official form that they sent to you!

    There isn't an email address on this letter, so I email the same address I sent the DQ to?

    No. The CCBC are no longer involved. Email the hearing court.

    Only you know the name of that - google it or google courtfinder.

    It has now been transferred to your local court at Cardiff, you need to email them, what is the timescale to submit your witness statement?
