How long in advance did you record your holiday in the app? I’m going away in a month and have just logged my holiday but don’t want the same thing to happen to me…silvercar said:
Complete fail. 4 letters arrived, that I have logged but can't say what day they arrived, so no useful information. One parcel - a large cardboard box, judging from the state it is in I would say it has been sat outside the front door for a few days! One plastic wrapped item containing a sack for posting next week, also been on the doorstep for I don't know how long. I will be emailing a complaint. Totally unacceptable to be sending parcels when they have been told I will be away, advertising to all that the house is empty.silvercar said:Will be testing how well Spectos react to holiday notifications from tomorrow.
I won't be pleased if sacks arrive. I can see items that need posting the week after I am back that haven't yet arrived. I assume that Spectos realise that as well as not sending mail to me from other posters, I won't want their post arriving while I am away.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -
I received a parcel this morning with a Royal Mail 48 label on it. When I record receipt, the only choice I have is 1st class or 2nd class. The paperwork says it's 1st class - should there be Royal Mail 48 on the drop-down list, or shall I just select 1st class?

I really can't remember, guessing about 3 weeks. I've already put in details of a July holiday, so that will be a real test.Money_Grabber13579 said:

are you serious what a scam I spent approx £9 for posting 6 items on Monday and another £9 on Tuesday and I got 35 posint for each day, wow, do everyone knows that 35 points its only 35 pencebdark2755 said:

Are you saying you paid £9 to visit the post office each time? Spectos send items for posting with the postage already paid, so you don't need to pay the actual postage. If you travelling costs are £9 to and from the nearest post office, then this work is going to leave you well out of pocket.arico said:

Why is it costing you £9, are you having to pay travelling costs?arico said:

It doesn’t cost me anything as I pass a postbox and parcel box on my way to work and on Saturdays my local post box is at the end of the road. It’s all profit to me and soon mounts up, plus you get free stamps every month. But if your traveling is costing you money then it’s not worth you participating.0 -
That is really dire.silvercar said:

AS you say advertising that the house is empty

You posted 6 items on a Bank Holiday? How did you incur £9 costs, travelling to a Post Office in your post code area?arico said:
