Mine have only just come. They came on Saturday, so 30th April, and were enclosed with a bundle to post on 10th May.

Last time I handed a mail sack in at the PO the clerk asked, "Is it Click & Drop"? Does anyone know, is it "Click & Drop"? I've never heard of it.

Am I right in thinking we can open the sack and post the parcels in an ordinary postbox (not parcel box) if the parcels will fit through the postbox slot, then just dispose of the manifest and sack? I think I've read that someone had queried this with Spectos and the answer is Yes, we can, but I can't find the thread.

as I seen on spectos tutorial video click & drop / PPI items cant go to ordinary postbox even if they fit

Thank you arico. I've just rewatched the video tutorials I have on the app and I can't see any reference to Click & Drop. 😒

The instructions that come with a parcel sack do say that if you take the passes out of the bag they still need to go into a parcel postbox. It doesn't mention an ordinary letterbox.

I've opened sacks and put parcels in a normal post box. I've not had any complaints from Spectos. Someone pages back had an answer from Spectos that this was ok to do. You can definitely say on the app that this is what you have done.

Has anyone received points on their account on the app for something they haven't done? I signed up with Spectos when Kantar finished doing the surveys, but have had nothing from them until today when I received an unaddressed mail survey invite for 8th May. When I've logged onto the app I've been given 10 points for returning a transponder for a test item, it also states the test item number, but I havent returned anything as I haven't received anything.
