The same happened to me, I’ve also ticketed a query and not heard back yet.

I’m in the same situation with the UM survey! Haven’t contacted them about this yet. Will be interesting to see what their response is to all the queries. Hopefully, we’ll get our 300pts soon.

Received a box with a book in it on Sat. Whilst it's quite a good book, the condition is not one i want to handle too much. The book is obviously quite old (not an issue) but it doesn't look exaclty clean. It will be going back for sure.

Handling some of these books is a concern for me too. Looks like they have had a hard life. I am a lot more careful since covid.

Can I check when people got their April stamps?
 I’ve gone back through the forms I’ve received and I can’t see anything on the April sheets of paper where it mentioned stamps in the observations.

Mine came on the 25th. It was listed on the paperwork in the observations.
