I have had 5 books over 2 days this week. One of them I had to take into the post office as it would not fit into the postbox slot. I spend more time returning their books than I do posting the panel items.1

We dont have to return the books do we?

I received two parcels each containing 2 books from the walking postie, then a little over an hour later the driving postie delivered a box containing a duplicate of one of them -

We don’t have to return them, no. I’d hazard a guess not many are returned.beanielou said:We dont have to return the books do we?

My view is if they’d like them packaged up and returned then there should be at least a 10 point incentive each time for so doing.1 -
@Hollie_ how odd, I received a parcel in the week which was delivered by van postie with a large Spectos box (with one tiny piece of foam in). I merrily opened the box and it was a hat, no paperwork or anything. Wondered if Spectos were sending out random items until I realised it wasn't for us at all. A road in the same village but the only similarity was the house number and the first 3 letters / digit of the postcode.
Took the hat round and the person was ever so grateful, it was a gift for someone about to start chemo. We've had mis delivered items in the past but never anything so completely wrong, just streets nearby with the same first part, different end part (road, avenue, close etc).

This morning I received a missing posting pack for 2/5, it was a jiffy bag but I couldn't report receipt because it had the same ID as a previously received pack.0

Yeah, same has happened to me. I already had my posting pack for 5/5, this morning 3/5 pack arrived (DVD) with same bundle ID as 5/5.stevephoto said:This morning I received a missing posting pack for 2/5, it was a jiffy bag but I couldn't report receipt because it had the same ID as a previously received pack.0 -
I think a lot will be going back at the moment. In a recent newsletter they said they were getting short of books and asked people to return them.fluffig said:

Got a lot of mail today including the missing items due out over the next 2 weeks. I am pleased to report that none of them was a sack. I did receive a pack containing 2 books so the shortage must be over. I will though be sending 2kg of books back soon.HonestJohn said:
I also got a book in an oversized box with postage small parcel. Postie must think I have been on ebay again. Still waiting for two bundles dated in the first week of May. I just know one will be a sack.NBLondon said:
Yesterday postie brought my bundle for 15th May which had the stamps with it. 5 minutes later, postie is back (or maybe a different one) with 2 parcels. One was an incoming test package obviously a book in the grey posting bag and the other a box 18" a side - so I was all ready to come here and tell HonestJohn he was right about my missing one being another mailbag... then I opened it and found another book! Doubly daft in that the one which came as "Small Parcel" was thicker and heavier than the one that came "Medium Parcel".Saetana said:kerri_gt said:Monthly stamps arrived today
Same here, with one of my May posting bundles. Looks like Spectos send the stamps out in the same month, rather than a month early like Kantar used to do. Got a missing bundle for early May which I assume is a parcel as I have the bundle before it and the one after it now.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. Same here. When I tried to scan the barcode I got the message, "Package already reported".0
