According to the app have booked in for the next two weeks for the CDM survey.
I've been e-mailing my queries (easier to type on a keyboard than a phone) and they don't seem to synchronise as tickets in the app. Anybody used the app to raise a query and got an answer?0 -
I just looked at my points history and I have those too - for skilld2d, skillcds and skilttm. I'm guessing that d2d is Door 2 Door (normal deliveries) cds is Correctly Delivered Survey but ttm? I certainly haven't retaken the tests since signing up last year,HonestJohn said:

I’m going to leave it a couple of days before contacting them. It’s probably another of those annoying glitches with the App!0
