The same has happened to me! We should be credited with 300 pts. The points were added straightaway after I completed the CDM survey.
I’m going to leave it a couple of days before contacting them. It’s probably another of those annoying glitches with the App!

It’s vanished here too. My weeks 1-3 of daily logging were w/c 27 Mar, 03 & 10 April. Last week and this week are my weeks 4 and 5 for logging late or non arrival of due items. 

So it’s vanished from app 4 days early!!

Same here, with one of my May posting bundles.  Looks like Spectos send the stamps out in the same month, rather than a month early like Kantar used to do.  Got a missing bundle for early May which I assume is a parcel as I have the bundle before it and the one after it now.

@Saetana yup, i got a May bundle with mine too. Don't seem to have any missing now but some of my prev 'missing' have been sacks, but not always.

Just checked my app and have been awarded 100 points on the 25 April for the following:

Passed quiz: skillcds and Passed quiz skillttm..

Initially I got points for completing the skill test on the 4 Feb but not sure what these are all about. I guess the first one is the correctly delivered survey. Any ideas please.

I’ve been awarded the 100 quiz points too, however I only received 50 points in total originally for completing all 3 quizzes in March.

I just checked and they only rewarded me 50 for all 3 quizzes as well. That clears the explanation of the extra 100 they gave me this week but I’m still missing my 300 for the unaddressed that has disappeared from my account. Yet the correctly delivered I did in March is still there. I opened a query ticket with them yesterday about my 300 points.

Yesterday postie brought my bundle for 15th May which had the stamps with it.  5 minutes later, postie is back (or maybe a different one) with 2 parcels.  One was an incoming test package obviously a book in the grey posting bag and the other a box 18" a side - so I was all ready to come here and tell HonestJohn he was right about my missing one being another mailbag...  then I opened it and found another book!   Doubly daft in that the one which came as "Small Parcel" was thicker and heavier than the one that came "Medium Parcel".

I also got a book in an oversized box with postage small parcel. Postie must think I have been on ebay again. Still waiting for two bundles dated in the first week of May. I just know one will be a sack.
