Personally, I would not be chasing missing bundles until after the posting date has passed - not 2 weeks before they are due to be posted.

Me neither. In my experience they are sacks and I won't be chasing those.

I have a few postings to go out in May but today I received one which needs to be sent tomorrow.

Will be testing how well Spectos react to holiday notifications from tomorrow.

I won't be pleased if sacks arrive. I can see items that need posting the week after I am back that haven't yet arrived. I assume that Spectos realise that as well as not sending mail to me from other posters, I won't want their post arriving while I am away.

I chased because when I confirmed I had the 4th May bundle the app asked if I had received 2 bundles.

I agree with HonestJohn - the others might well be sacks or Jiffys.

I have a late entry for May 4th. I expect it to turn up just before then. They have done this before with me with sacks

I had no post to send and nothing received during a two-week holiday in March and a 4-day weekend after that.

Since joining back in January I have been invited to do the correctly delivered survey and the unaddressed one. However the UM survey did not happen and when queried they said it was to do with a it glitch. However this week I have been invited to do the CDM survey. 

According to the app have booked in for the next two weeks for the CDM survey. 

I've had CDM OK.  I've twice been invited to UM, twice accepted and it never appeared on the app.  Sent a query the second time no answer after 4 days...

I got my answer about UM - I've got the IT glitch as well.

I've been e-mailing my queries (easier to type on a keyboard than a phone)  and they don't seem to synchronise as tickets in the app.   Anybody used the app to raise a query and got an answer?
