Should we be getting stamps if we're not live? I assumed not, but my Mum (also on the panel and seemingly not live) has had two packs now - one when she transferred over (before Kantar finished) and another at the beginning of April with a note saying she hadn't been selected to send anything this month, but here were her stamps. I haven't received any at all, but also have received an email saying I'm on my break, as expected. But I've seen people here mentioning getting stamps too - just checking I'm not missing out for some reason!

Last week, I received a very nice hardback book, with two personal hotel bills in it!

not yet. I did receive a book today that's going straight back. Along with a piece of foam that came with the Freepost label on (surely it costs more than the cost of material to have that returned)

I had a piece of polystyrene in a large box yesterday it was wrapped in black plastic addressed to Freepost Spectos so it looks like they would like those returned too.

I am still waiting for a reply to a ticket and an email I sent them 15 days ago. They clearly do not have enough staff and they are probably being swamped by returned books too.
That was something that they had not originally planned for.

    I haven’t.
I’ve received posting bundles up to 10 May.

Staff? You mean it's not being run out of someone's back bedroom?! There seem to be so many things they haven't thought through - the whole 'send us your books because we've run out' thing is crazy!

When they started, late last year, they put a return address on some items. It turned out to be a residential address. People then reported they were advertising for staff. I don't think they were prepared for the workload.

I am having issues with my Unaddressed Mail survey again - suddenly remembered on Wednesday that I hadn't done entries since Saturday, not that it was hard to remember as I got zero lol!  Its stuck on Monday again - wish they would get these issues with the app sorted out.  Finally got a response to my ticket about responder total not matching what I had actually received - they basically said ignore this part of the app for now as they are working on some issues
