Just been invited for a CDM survey

I activated my Spectos account in February and did a CDM survey from the end of February to early March. I had an email in March about doing a UM survey but that didn’t happen and since then I’ve heard nothing from them! Is anyone else the same? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Exactly the same has happened to me, for the same dates. The 3rd May bundles seem to have gone astray…

Today I had 2 envelopes from Spectos with the stamps affixed sideways. One even had another stamp on the back. For both the app asked what sort of franking they had. Took it all in my stride.

The problem with Spectos comes when you have a query, I have items to enter from 6th April but they are not responding to tickets sent to them. I have also sent them an email on the same day about something else, that has not been answered either.

Ditto, although not the wonky stamps. I received a letter that should have been franked but it was stamped. I marked it as other and updated it to read stamped. 

Wondering if it’s a genuine error or they’re testing us. It had their address on the back. Perhaps they’re trying to use up their stash of stamps 😂

It took them over 2 weeks to respond to my last queries so hopefully you might get a response to them very soon.

I find that I am asked if the books I receive are 1st/2nd class letters or jiffy packets - while they are often actually small parcels.

I was also supposed to post a bundle on the 11th. It still hasn't arrived - will just wait. No point telling Spectos as they can tell I haven't scanned in the pack.

I also note a lot of posting packs are sent as  tracked mail.
