In the same way that the instructions say to send late parcels on the same day of the week the following week, do we think we can send them a week early. I have a bundle to send when I know I will be away, I'm tempted to send this week to get it out of the house.

I would say that it might be best to send them a message and ask but it’ll probably be a week after the posting date before you get a reply so that wouldn’t help at all!

I still have an open ticket from a couple of weeks ago, which is a moot point now as it's resolved, but I can't closed it or redact it, so it's just sat there.

I suspect there was some level of support from Kantar in the crossover period and now the stabilisers have been removed there's a bit of a learning curve going on.

i still haven’t had my presentation stamps for starting. I’m in my 2nd month now! Anyone else having problems?

They issued some Christmas stamps but that's all. I don't think anyone had a starting presentation pack.

Since joining back in January I have been invited to do the correctly delivered survey and the unaddressed one. However the UM survey did not happen and when queried they said it was to do with a it glitch. However this week I have been invited to do the CDM survey. 

According to the app have booked in for the next two weeks for the CDM survey.

I was a victim of the UA glitch. Got on it the next time though.

Hi I haven't had any stamps since February, I have sent them an email but still waiting a reply. ( I had  to chase up the February ones and only received them in April)

This morning I received a Ladybird book. The price printed on it was 2'6d and published in 1967.
