Complete fail. 4 letters arrived, that I have logged but can't say what day they arrived, so no useful information. One parcel - a large cardboard box, judging from the state it is in I would say it has been sat outside the front door for a few days! One plastic wrapped item containing a sack for posting next week, also been on the doorstep for I don't know how long. I will be emailing a complaint. Totally unacceptable to be sending parcels when they have been told I will be away, advertising to all that the house is empty. 

How long in advance did you record your holiday in the app? I’m going away in a month and have just logged my holiday but don’t want the same thing to happen to me…

I really can't remember, guessing about 3 weeks. I've already put in details of a July holiday, so that will be a real test.

In think Kantar ideally wanted 4 weeks notice.

It doesn’t cost me anything as I pass a postbox and parcel box on my way to work and on Saturdays my local post box is at the end of the road. It’s all profit to me and soon mounts up, plus you get free stamps every month. But if your traveling is costing you money then it’s not worth you participating.

Im receiving envelopes and parcels without any stamps or labels, how I should to post large letter without stamp or prepaid postage

Im 3rd day waiting for response and nothing, will not post today as I cant spend another £6 or what ever on 1st class medium parcel

Just a thought - you aren’t registered for the business panel? Many of the items I receive from businesses have post markings which include the name of the businesses so I can see that they might receive parcels and letters without pre-paid postage. But even then, I’d have thought they would have got their postage costs reimbursed somehow.

Spectos also ask for 4 weeks notice so if only 3 weeks was given, it might be that the posting packs for the start of the holiday period were already prepared and dispatched, making it too late to change those plans.

yes Im business, where is business panel, cant find it, wanted to know from spectos how and when they reimburse but no response so far cant risk my money as times are too hard and they should inform me before I post anything, Kantar had wide help section and all information was there, spectos made videos looks nice but its not enough

Good to hear that you’ve got confirmation. I suspect that everyone else on here is on the private panel so all our letters and parcels will come with postage already paid, hence why no one was able to shed any light on your query.

HonestJohn, thank you for your reply, I just typed a response and it seems to have disappeared into cyberspace, but basically it was as follows:

I had a parcel to post this afternoon so I asked the PO clerk about RM48. She said it's neither 1st nor 2nd class - it is an 'inbetween' service as 1st class is 1 to 2 days and 2nd class is 2 to 3 days.

The paperwork said the test parcel was 1st class, and the only options on the drop-down list were 1st or 2nd class. Wish there'd been a 'neither' option. I'm still confused. :0(
