The clerk is incorrect.

RM48 is officially treated as 2nd class mail.

I received a parcel the other week with no postage on it at all! Glad I didn't get one of those cards. Noted in the app that it had no postage.

Given other replies in this thread it sounds like a business sender is being naughty?

48 means second class - 24 is first class.

I'm back from my holidays and there was nothing from Spectos - so they can get it right once in a while.  Apart from the app telling me there are 4 transponders to send back....   I have bundles up to the end of May which will be 7 1/2 months on the panel so maybe they'll rest me then.

I am gtetting more & more cheesed off  with it all.
They don't answer queries,you don't always get points & as for the books each one is more manky than the last.
Shudder.

I think the app is buggy. I think they think that too as their reply to my recent query to them about issue similar to yours included;
“Please ignore these transponder notifications for the time being, just post the transponders back as usual”

I am getting a lot of transponder return envelopes that are not sealed.
Also I have noticed that the Channel Islands seem to be more involved now. Getting a lot of mail to and from Guernsey and Jersey. Hardly had any with Kantar. Never had anything from the Isle of Man.

Received 4 parcels today (have a large stack of books now) and also just qualified for my third £25 voucher.

I’ve been receiving test letters since January usually 1 maybe 2 per week. But I’ve never been sent parcels! Just wondering is it just business users who get sent the parcels/books?
