Last week I received the stamps for May even though they'd told me I was resting then today my final stamps arrived.

Think I hit the jackpot with the presentation pack, no Mushrooms for me, I got Monty Python & The Holy Grail! 😁

Oh I do hope I get the Monty Python ones too as I got the mushrooms at the start and have just been told I'm now resting.

So a month later, I haven't got the points; the app nags me to report the bundle and nags me again because the items were logged in by the recipient and Spectos have neither updated the logs manually or given any advice on whether we should avoid hybrid boxes until they are on the database.

This morning I actually get a useful email thus:

"We can see these items are small parcels and at this time, the new digital parcel postboxes cannot able to be used for the survey. "

I'd suggest that they put this message out more widely but I have my doubts of whether that message would get through…

Just about to restart after my 6 month rest and for once it has been pretty seamless - rest period will be up this week and I have a bundle scheduled to post on 1 June. I'm sure I have waited much longer previously.

Does anyone have an email or contact number for Spectos please?

I converted my points, but did not receive an email to choose the voucher I wanted. I created a ticket but got response.

I'm still waiting for Spectos to make a correction from February for missing points - raised again in May and again today. Very unimpressed with their level of service.

I'm still on ready and have had nothing since the 2 week CMD survey back in March/April. Not expecting to be participating in anything else as I would have been emailed by now - That's the way it goes.
