Providing you have the latest version of the Mailagent App, just log it as wrong address; clearly shown in 1st section of each logging day and state how many letters/parcels are effected. It's certainly not doorstepped.

On my 2nd week of CDM survey and so far, no forthcoming email to suggest I'm back on the mailing panel. Oh well, there's still time yet and besides, I've got other things to do. Althouhg, I did receive an email to remind me to log all CDM for last week by this evening - I do it daily 😂

just started back ……. we used to put RIFDs in an envelpe to post back ( Maximum about 6 i think ) dont we do that now ? do we just put the brown enveope with the tracker in straight in the post box to be returned???

Finished the 2 week CMD survey and received the points for completion. Still on wait with nothing else in the pipeline. Looks like I'm now on rest, even though I'm 'active' in the App 😂🤣.

About that for me. I came off rest in December. I've had a few Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed Mail surveys since but no sign of getting back on to the main rotation.

Same here. I've been on ready since the beginning of March and all I've had is a CDM usual 2 week survey 😒 with noinvitation to return back on the live panel.

I booked the last two weeks off as I was on holiday, during that they sent me the email to say I was being put into my rest period so looks like I posted my last stuff at the start of April. The app has now changed to a blue P saying I have 178 days of my rest period left.

Last year I was not sent anything to post or log when I put in holiday dates after only 4 months. For notifying a week off, I lost 2 months where I was supposedly live on the panel, but nothing to do. Lesson learned.

You shouldn't be active until you have accepted a place back. Once your rest period ends your status changes to ready. If yours is active but you haven't been offered a space or sent stamps there is a glitch and you might find yourself back on rest for a fresh 6 months plus.
