My invitation was within the app, once I'd accepted it there is no record of it anywhere in the app that I can find.

I don't think I've ever had a reply to a survey invitation, I've just found out I'm on the survey when it goes live on the Monday. Iirc I did once have a reminder having ignored an invitation...I guessed they were struggling to get enough panellists in my area.

For my own records, I just take a screenshot of the final page where it thanks you for confirming your availability and reminds you of the start date.
I have never received confirmation through the APP just invitations for the CDM survey.

The CMD surveys are always 2 weeks long, so as long as you record the start date, you'll see the end date once the survey goes live with daily recording.

Is anybody else receiving weekly notifications about a senders pack that you never received?

I should have received it in early November - at the time the post around here was horrendous with only one delivery every two weeks or so (some things took over 3 months to get to me!)

I raised a ticket to say that I hadn't received the pack and was told to just ignore any messages I got about it.

About a month later I started to get weekly notifications asking me if I received it yet. By March they were starting to annoy me so I raised another ticket - only to be told that there was nothing they could do to stop them!

So, it looks like I'm going to constantly be asked if I've received this pack until I stop doing the mail survey 🙁

Yes, I get that too.
I just delete it.
I sent a report that I didn't receive it, they acknowledged that I hadn't received it. And ever since, once a week, typically auto-sent in the middle of the night, an email is sent to ask if I've received it. Irritating.

I’ve just finished my rest period yesterday and now the App is showing me as ready. I’ve also had an email to confirm my ready status. Let’s see how long it takes to be invited back onto the active panel! Last year it was straightaway.

Little disappointed as I have just received my final presentation stamp pack only to find it is the same as the first one Mushrooms!😥 I do not even like mushrooms!

do Spectos bother to replace missing senders packs? I got the usual reply saying might turn up late and to record the actual time date it was posted if turns up late.

p.s. Have they issued April's stamps? Just checking as I'm missing next week's senders pack and wondered if they were in there.
