Your activity status doesn't 'turn to green'. It should be Amber 'ready' and will only go green when you have accepted and started a place on the panel.

My activity status does not show green, Its orange with an R on it and it says you have finished your rest period, once a space becomes available I will receive an email.

Same here early this morning. Which means anything from you'll be active as of next week email to you'll be waiting 6 months email!! 🤔🤐 - I've already completed delivery surveys, so will have to wait and see, but it may well be a long(ish) wait!

Well - it started OK…

Went out to the postbox with packages. Scanned the 2D barcode on the package to open the drawer and in they went.

Then tried to log it… Parcel Postbox isn't in the list, so I click to add it and the app asks me for the ID or the postcode. Neither the ID of the postbox or it's official postcode (according to RM) is being accepted. So I can't log the items. I've created a ticket to ask when the database is going to be updated. Since there are a fair few of these hybrid boxes appearing in the neighbourhood, I can't be the only person wanting to use one.

It might not be Spectos's fault if they haven't got an up to date list from RM but perhaps they need to warn us if hybrid boxes aren't listed.

Are hybrid boxes what Spectos call parcel lockers?
Because in a recent newsletter ( 10 December) they did mention not to use them because the system isn’t set up for them

A gentle reminder, please do not use parcel lockers. Parcel lockers are not set up on the system, and when items are posted here, they become ineligible for the measurement.

No, Royal Mail Parcel Lockers are like their Amazon equivalents and not the"upgraded" normal ones

Whilst you can scan a barcode at a parcel postbox it also accepts 'normal' post, so a postie needs to empty it every collection day. A parcel locker is only visited if triggered by a drop off or the delivery driver has something to leave. So it isn't a fair test of reliable collections.

Ive just gone live after about an 8 month lay off . ( Done surveys while waiting) and recieved my first bundle . They have kindly sent me a sack to post ! Assumed theyd give me letters first . Dont laugh ….but is been so long ………i remember what to do , apart from one bit , Do i have to log that i recieved the bundle ? Im sure i do , but dont know where to do it , can only find the posting bit to fill in ? Im rambling, hope you know what i mean

there’s a piece of paper with a QR code on it to scan to confirm receipt. The other side of the same bit of paper has the QR code to scan when you’ve taken the sack to the post office.

So I finally received my invitation and have done the three quizzes (took a few attempts to get the answers right)
