Don't know about missing senders packs but my April stamps arrived yesterday in a pack to send next week.

I wouldn't have thought so as there is the risk of confusion if the original pack did turn up (2 transponders with the same information on them). I suppose it's possible that they might create an extra pack, but unlikely they'd use the same receiving addresses.

That's what I've found…… Due to start on the 20th April for 2 weeks and then vanished once accepted 🙄😜. I'm beginning to think that the last version of the Mailagent App was better.

Is anyone still waiting on returning to live panel after being put on rest last May/June 2025. All I keep getting is still waiting on place becoming available.

10 days on and no progress. The app nags me every few days - first about not reporting the bundle as posted and then because the items have been logged as arriving. No points either. I did ask in the ticket for this to be done manually but I'm not convinced Spectos understand the issue. I can't be the only panellist with a hybrid postbox can I?

Just an observation. Whilst doing a "Correctly Delivered" survey you are required to report mail delivered to you, which should have been delivered elsewhere. Nowhere is there a section where your post has been delivered to the wrong address and handed to you by a neighbour!

Received my end of term stamps with my presentation pack last week. However surprised to find yesterday they sent me stamps for April
Perhaps because I finished on 2 April?
