I raised a ticket in Februry for missing points and they asked me to resubmit as they were behind. I'm still waiting for a reply to the second query and about to raise a 3rd! To be fair it was the only error in my 6 month stint but leaves me feeling that the effort to get it corrected is disproportionate to the error!

I've remained on ready amber status 'R' since coming off my rest period in early March. I had a 2 week CMD survey a few weeks back which finished early May, so waiting for whatever or doesn't happen, next - There's optimism 😅😄.

One month on and no solution from Spectos - still the app nags me about this package on a weekly basis. So I've relogged the ticket.
I did notice in the newsletter that appears today - if a postbox is not in the list - we should use the next nearest and log the issue. Well, if the items are already in the box - then what? Are we supposed to walk to the next box and fake report it from there?
I need to think of something new here...3 -
You could try and scan first and log in the app bebefore dropping them in the box.

I suppose you could do that if you were using a new(to you) box but my problem was that the box had been fine before it was converted - I'd been using it for years with both Kantar and Spectos. The issue was (and still is) that after it was converted to a hybrid box (letters and parcels) it hasn't been updated as such in the database that the app looks up from.
So a month later, I haven't got the points; the app nags me to report the bundle and nags me again because the items were logged in by the recipient and Spectos have neither updated the logs manually or given any advice on whether we should avoid hybrid boxes until they are on the database.

Are any of you in a BB postcode? Is your post slow or messed up?
I have a friend in one of the outlying villages who tells me that she gets one delivery a week, occasionally two and that 1st class is taking a week or more and 2nd class a fortnight. I can believe this since this week I got a letter and a card from her, dated 20th April and 22nd April which were both postmarked 7th May and arrived 11th May.
I seem to remember that Kantar used to give us the performance figures in the newsletter and possibly there was a place on the website you could see how your region was doing against the national average. Anybody know whether you can still get that?

Have a look here. Choose a report to view and scroll down for results by postcode. BB is poor!

There can easily be differences between outgoing post and incoming post, particularly if she posts at a post office or a postbox with a later collection as it likely bypasses the local delivery office and goes straight to the main mail centre.
