There is absolutely no possibility that this can be anything other than a Spectos item as I am not expecting any parcels whatsoever.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am extremely reluctant to have to travel to pick up this item and, although I know £2.50 is not much, I do not think that I should have to pay to receive one of their items.
I have emailed them but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this because I do not understand how such a mistake could have happened!
Given other replies in this thread it sounds like a business sender is being naughty?0 -

I was with Kantar for many years, I don't think I ever had an underpaid parcel. I can't remember what they wanted me to pay.0

It would most likely have been a RM error or caused by posting a test item late - after a increase in stamp prices.0 -
