Everybody receives parcels but I think its mostly business users who send them.Graceglow said:
I’ve been receiving test letters since January usually 1 maybe 2 per week. But I’ve never been sent parcels! I’m not a business and I’ve been sent heaps of parcels! Not had to send many though… It all seems very random.Graceglow said:

Spectos quote 1 sack a month. You would have been better off under Kantar with what they paid.Money_Grabber13579 said:

I had the same card a few weeks ago. I didnt go to collect it. I wasnt expecting anything so guessed it was Spectos. I presume it was returned to them.curtisjk said:
I received a parcel the other week with no postage on it at all! Glad I didn't get one of those cards. Noted in the app that it had no postage.Gail333 said:Yesterday morning, along with some other Spectos items, I received a card from Royal mail which states that the sender did not pay full postage and that I need to pay £2.50 to receive the parcel.
There is absolutely no possibility that this can be anything other than a Spectos item as I am not expecting any parcels whatsoever.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am extremely reluctant to have to travel to pick up this item and, although I know £2.50 is not much, I do not think that I should have to pay to receive one of their items.
I have emailed them but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this because I do not understand how such a mistake could have happened!
Given other replies in this thread it sounds like a business sender is being naughty?0 -
I think I would pay the excess and then claim it back from Spectos. That's what people did with Kantar.lesleyb said:

I was with Kantar for many years, I don't think I ever had an underpaid parcel. I can't remember what they wanted me to pay.0

It happened on occasion and was included as a possibility in Kantar's help section.lesleyb said:I was with Kantar for many years, I don't think I ever had an underpaid parcel. I can't remember what they wanted me to pay.
It would most likely have been a RM error or caused by posting a test item late - after a increase in stamp prices.0 -
I’ve had an underpaid £2.50 card this morning. Haven’t bought anything recently so not expecting any order deliveries. Presume it’s a Spectos one. Not very good is it 😏lesleyb said:
