I did the same survey. Not received the 300 pts either. I emailed them on Friday about this.

Just out of interest, how did you leave a ticket about this? All the possible subjects in the drop down box are not relevant. Did you just leave the subject box empty? I think they need to add surveys as a subject in the drop down box when they next update the App.

I did it on report I code, previously I complained they should have a miscellaneous heading and my reply to that did say they were looking at adding extra headings and that if there wasn’t a suitable heading we could use any of them.

I did this also. No points as yet but put a ticket in 2 weeks ago

I also did the unaddressed survey, I put in a query and they responded on wednesday saying the points should be awarded by the end of the week and to get back in touch if they were not applied, So i have just emailed them again.

Apologies as I am sure somebody has answered this, but there are lots of pages to read through!

I have only done an unaddressed survey so far - finished it last week.

I haven't received any panel things to receive or send yet.

I think I may be on a 6 month rest period, but they did message to ask if I would be happy to carry on once it changed from Kantar which I said I would be.

Looking at some of the posts on her, it doesn't seem to be as well organised as we knew Kantar to be.

Quick response to my email! They have said, the missing 300 points will be credited to accounts this week.
Also, if anyone is missing April stamps they were posted out at the end of last week 🤞
