Looks like they triaging the tickets at leastfluffig said:
Well I emailed them and they replied (quickly!!!) asking me to pay the £2.50 so it could be delivered and saying, were it one of theirs, to send them photos and they’d then award 250 points in recompense and go back to the sender.fluffig said:I’ve had an underpaid £2.50 card this morning. Haven’t bought anything recently so not expecting any order deliveries. Presume it’s a Spectos one. Not very good is it 😏
So I did and today it was delivered and I sent them the photos. It was just a letter with no postage whatsoever on it, and with a transponder envelope inside.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get the 250 points.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0 -
Paid the £2.50 and was given a survey item with no postage paid - have now raised a ticketbizzie said:sent 5 back at the same time, have received points for only 2 of them so 3 outstanding
then received points for 2 I've never had
Today I've received an underpaid postage card so, as not expecting anything other than survey items, will now wait and see what turns up
Looking at different dates 6th on card, then 10th delivery to house and finally me collecting on 11th
Any pointers / ideas on how to record accurately?Groceries: Personal Spend: 0 NST NSD Goals for 2025:Self: Health: Wealth :0 -
It's nice to see people acting logically with respect to 'incorrect postage appled' mail. I would apply some of my stash of stamps and return the card. This way I would be converting some of my stamps to points and hence cash.bizzie said:

In the recent newsletter they referred to the new system of auto redlivery of mail before a card was left.
Their instructions were "Important: please report the date of the 1st Attempt!"

I had a letter delivered to the wrong road and was told to report the date it was delivered to the wrong house. Easy enough to do as I had been told the day it was delivered by the neighbour, but it is hardly accurately reporting for survey purposes. RM should be monitored on correct delivery rather than how quickly they put mail in random letter boxes!HonestJohn said:

For correctly delivered mail the date of first delivery is appropriate. You can hardly blame RM if people are out when they deliver.silvercar said:

This was a letter going through a letter box! It doesn't need to be received!HonestJohn said:

I have queried how to report it accurately as when postage is not sufficient is the item not intercepted and held at the delivery office, substituted with the postcard and no attempt actually made to deliver until the fee is paid ?

Standard is 4x Large 1st and 12 x 1st every month - usually arriving in the third or fourth week of the month.aardvaak said:When are the 1st set of stamps (and how many) being sent, I have been registered over 2 months had 2 mailings but no stamps?
Spectos claim they would also give a Presentation Pack every 6 months; under Kantar this meant start and end of your live mailing cycle. However, Spectos don't appear to be following this.I need to think of something new here...1
