A bit of help please. I am presently on the UA mail survey and have been receiving various leaflets that have been delivered by RM but these item are not on my list of items expected. Do I need to record them in daily volumes.0

I'm currently doing the Unaddressed survey, but have no idea what items I'm supposed to receive because the app isn't showing them. The one photo showing was already displayed last week but the 2 others appeared this morning. Trying to enlarge them doesn't show anything either. Anyone else having similar problem? I got a leaflet delivered today but no idea if it's one of those pictured... From my experience raising a ticket is pointless, I opened a couple a while back and the soonest response was 3 weeks... Hardly good if you have a problem that needs resolving quickly.
I seem to have a lot of items to post, 2 bundles this week (2 parcels) and 1 letter. Is there an option to opt out of having to post parcels? There is no post office nearby I can get to during their opening hours due to work (I work 6am - 6pm Mon-Fri) and nearest parcel box is almost a mile away (I don't drive) so it's s struggle to get there on specific days they want me to post and walking a mile there and a mile back after a 12hr shift is no fun... I didn't have a single parcel to post while I was with Kantar but now I seem to have 1 every week and it's making me think it's too much effort for very little reward (I have enough stamps to last me decades now) and the extra vouchers are hardly worth the mile long trips to a parcel box in all weathers. And the lack of customer support doesn't help either...

Its usually a parcel when stuff turns up at the last minute, or slightly late but yeah if that was the case then it should be showing as expecting a package.
