Yesterday I got an e-mail from Spectos explaining how to do UA when it starts next week.   It started this week, it' s on the App....

Today's post - Medium Parcel (book); Small Parcel (2 books); 4 letters.  So I've now gone over 2500 points for the 3rd time.
I have had another 4 books today in 2 parcels and 3 letters to record. The postman must think I have turned into a bookworm suddenly. I now have 8 books to return to them, I can not bring myself to put them in the recycling. They are packed up into 3 parcels to take into the post office tomorrow. If anything stops me rejoining after the 6 month break {whenever that will be} it will be the amount of books they are sending out. I either have to leave my porch open or wait until they have done their round.

Everytime I get a grey parcel with a book (and the prepaid 1st class label with no postage amount shown) there is no way to record it properly on the app - I always have to put it in Other because there is no option available for small parcels like this, its driving me nuts!  Then I got a jiffy bag today which had large letter printed postage on it - said amount was not on the list of possibilities so Other it was again.  Seems like some of the business panellists do not know what they are doing.

Is anyone else finding that they are taking a long time to award the points for returned transponders?
I returned three two weeks ago on the same day & still not had the points.

sent 5 back at the same time, have received points for only 2 of them so 3 outstanding
then received points for 2 I've never had

Today I've received an underpaid postage card so, as not expecting anything other than survey items, will now wait and see what turns up

Not found it to be a problem yet. I get the points awarded within 5/6 working days. However, I’ve only returned them 1 at a time.

I haven't been checking. Think I need to start doing so.

The tickets are just a joke as they take so long to answer.

Same here, I put Other and type in small parcel with the parcel ref #.

Those putting books in recycling, do you mean a dedicated book recycling point or household recycling? Our local authority household recycling does not accept books.
I am enjoying getting the books, more use than a piece of polystyrene.

I’ve had an underpaid £2.50 card this morning. Haven’t bought anything recently so not expecting any order deliveries. Presume it’s a Spectos one. Not very good is it 😏
Well I emailed them and they replied (quickly!!!) asking me to pay the £2.50 so it could be delivered and saying, were it one of theirs, to send them photos and they’d then award 250 points in recompense and go back to the sender.

So I did and today it was delivered and I sent them the photos. It was just a letter with no postage whatsoever on it, and with a transponder envelope inside.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get the 250 points.
