I did the same survey. Not received the 300 pts either. I emailed them on Friday about this. 

Quick response to my email! They have said, the missing 300 points will be credited to accounts this week.
Also, if anyone is missing April stamps they were posted out at the end of last week 🤞

I got 2 posting packs today - 1 containing my stamps. Think it's been about 6-8 weeks since I got the last lot as I remember them being sent in advance...

Im still confused.  Do we get stamps with Spectos??  Im not interested in the points for doing surveys.  ( Ill use them ) but send a lot of personal mail to friends .  , so  the stamps from Kantar every month was a godsend to me , I havent  recieved any for joining Spectos, Do we still get them ??

I've just received mine for April, I started after leaving Kantar and have done one CD survey. On rest period until October.

My April ones didn’t come till the end of last week either. 

I was invited to the unaddressed mail survey but I’m another one where it never actually appeared on the app.

Yes, you still get stamps every month when you’re on the survey. The same amount that Kantar sent out.

A lot of people seem confused about things. All down to Spectos being poor communicators.
I am on the survey. I get stamps every month. I get invites to do surveys. I also get the newsletter. I have no clue when they will kick me off though.

Yesterday I got an e-mail from Spectos explaining how to do UA when it starts next week.   It started this week, it' s on the App....

Today's post - Medium Parcel (book); Small Parcel (2 books); 4 letters.  So I've now gone over 2500 points for the 3rd time.

Ditto.  The app is showing bundles to the end of May.

Looks like we are on a similar path. Overworked and underpaid

Has anyone heard anything of spectos about the unaddressed survey disappearing? I have left a ticket questioning it, but haven't got anything back. I'm a bit p***ed off to be honest. I correctly logged all incoming for 3 weeks, then did a week and a day of any late items, then it was removed from my app and I didn't receive any points.

Same here. I emailed them a while back, but they haven’t yet replied.

Well they’ve replied. They said they’d informed the relevant team that my unaddressed mail survey had vanished from app before it had finished, and they would soon credit my points.
