Christmas can be a difficult time of year for many, and there are lots of reasons why people will be struggling.
If you (or people you know) are in need of some support, below is a list of phone numbers and websites that you might find helpful. These organisations are not here to judge you, they're just here to help, so it's worth a call or a visit to their site.
