Hi guys
Things are much better
Have been contacted by natwest saying they have been passed my debt to dryden fairfax to commence legal proceedings against me.
I have read about this company and it seems they are consummate scam and harassment artists who lie and issue ccjs
Your advice please?
This has pushed my anxiety right up as apparently this company is the worst

Don't panic, I bet it says they MAY commence legal proceedings.
Ignore any texts and phone calls from them and wait to see what they will put in writing, then come back to us.
Remember they can't get blood out of a stone. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.3 -
Hi guys any experience with this debt company?0

The company can’t issue CCJs. Only a court can do that - they appear to specialise in misleading letters. Do not phone them!NiteEyez1980 said:Hi guys

They may go to court to request a CCJ, they may not. My view would be to sit tight until/unless you actually receive court paperwork. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -

Morning everyone.
Well the double sided coin rears it's head again.
HSBC via moorcroft debt recovery have agreed breathing space 👍
Bad news is my emergency fund and shopping money has been wiped as wheel bearings have gone on the back of the car and I need 2 new tyres..... Costing £300.
Due to the mileage I'm doing there's joe at around it 😩1 -
Oh no! I still think staying over at work would give you a tiny bit more wriggle room in your budget and *may* be a more acceptable suggestion to your OH now?
I thought the goal was defaults as fast as possible so no breathing space applications?0 -
At lewast you gad the money even if it is a bit depressing to have to spend it. Think positive - not on a credit card so no interest.
