Who is the cheapest at the moment for 24hr delivery? Sorry if this has already been posted but the first post is a little out of date now.

I don't know about 24hr, ppwexpress are £6.95 for 48hr which is normally 24hr.

I'll do the new guide tonight (if I get a chance)

Just for interest- I used to work for DHL. The 24 and 48 hr service was the same cost, the 48 hr service used to be for larger items but around 95%+ of 48hr parcels went through next day. I used to sell UK for £4.00 - £4.50 per parcel seems the brokers do ok out of it!

I have been using shipping manager for a few weeks. 48hr with DHL is £5.99 + VAT. Smooth sailing so far.

I have just received an email stating that DHL is to increase ALL 24 and 48hrs collection/deliveries from 1 September 08.

Apparantly the increased prices will apply to every DHL reseller in the UK.

Just checked the new charges on MHDirect Couriers:-

2-4 days £10.69

24hrs £12.49

There is a 30% discount for business sellers with this firm but it is still a huge increase from £6.99 before!

Does anyone know if there are any companies who are cheaper using DHL?

Hi, now that we are living in Canada we would love our family to keep sending stuff over and that we can send them stuff. Delivery speed not that essential but costs are, any help please?
