i am a honest person and i dont really know why you would think other wise in regard to this, i have said in other threads that dhl are going to put their prices up, and you said no no no ,i think your advise regarding europe/worldwide deliverys is spot on, but what is your point i used ppw express today , and now i dont think they are as good as you said they were, i only used them becouse you said they were good in the first place???
so i carnt have my say in this forum unless you agree??
  • I'm not going to get in to an argument, but the facts speak for the selves. It's up to you to prove otherwise I'm afraid.

Can you tell us the ppw booking number?

  • Hi again, i dont want an argument either and after reading your posts in this thread , you do this a lot anyone that says a bad word , which does not fit into line with your you ,you say they are working for so and so or they are so and so, its not up to me to prove anything, the idea behind a forum is people leave comments and other people read them and make their own mind up.

Edit: You haven't because you can't, because there was no failed collection and you have probably never booked anything with them. You've been online for 30mins and have failed to produce something that takes two minutes max. to find. Shame, because you could of proved me totally wrong.

    Help! Courier newbie here.

Need to send a parcel first class tomorrow, to reach destination by Friday - but bewildered by choice of couriers on ebay (tens of thousands?), by all the names at the beginning of this discussion and Martin's page. Tried clicking on one of the links here but it seemed to want you to open an account for lots of future deliveries - I only want to do one now, or maybe another 1 or 2 a year at most.

Any ideas? Or should I just stick with Parcelforce or 1st class post?

You don't have to open an account at most of the couriers mentioned in this thread. Try http://www.ppwexpress.com or http://www.directparceldelivery.com. Both of these accept one of bookings.
The most important thing to check is the maximum parcel dimensions for the service you book.

  • http://www.ppwexpress.com cheapest (£6.95), 12.30pm cut-off, tracking link is emailed to you.

interparcel, parcel2go, are also fine, but more expensive.

If you want parcelforce Express Packages £8.99

NB: you don't have to open accounts so to speak, but you will have to register with most.
  • I have another parcel to be collected but as the buyer took so long to pay now it isn't convenient for me to wait in all day. If I go through PPW express can I drop it off at the DHL depot as it is quite near me?
