Incidentally, DPD site still appears to be having a refit.
Maybe DPD have decided to work continental shifts?

I assumed from this thread that DPD were just a courier agent. However I have seen two of their vans this afternoon. Is it the same company?0

Can someone tell me how to put in a claim for a damaged item with payperparcel? I can see where to contact them but there is nowhere to attach photos of damage!?0

I need to transport a 40" LCD TV from Milford Haven to Cardiff but have not packaging. Where is the best place to get a 'proper' box so that I will be covered by the courier's insurance?
Also, who is best to use for transporting the TV?
cheers0 -
I've sold an Xbox on Ebay and have decided to go with Parcelforce. From reading this thread the courier market is an absolute minefield. I originally booked it with Parcel2go but I've emailed them to cancel it and intend calling them also as their office was closed yesterday.
Got 15% with a myvouchercode so it's cost me £12.74 which admittedly is alot more than some of these other promises but at least I feel sure it'll get there!0 -
