ive had a customer complain that the fireproof safe that i sent via PPWEXPRESS has been damaged, i contacted ppwexpress and they have asked for phtographic evidence (i have that), original invoice (dont have it), if i cant get the riginal invoice will it be rejected, seems really unfair i have the ebay transaction showing the value. anyone else have experience with claims like thisListen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0

Hi guys
Wonder if anyone can recommend a good cheap but reliable courier for sending a couple of computer hardware bits (no more than 15kg) to Germany/Slovakia?
I've used Parcel2go and PPWExpress in the UK but wondered who the best/cheapest for Europe were.
Cheers

I would of said ppwexpress. But their prices have gone up, still very reliable though.
Equally reliable, yet cheaper is Express Packages Deliveries. Uses parcelforce. Especially good value for anything over 10kg, as their rate is flat up to 30kg.0 -
be careful of ppwexpress, if anything goes wrong they are not helpful shame because ive used them alot but not anymore, still got issues with my damage delivery, because i havent got a original invoice i cant claim!!!
well i'll take my business elsewhere then!Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -

I used them yesterday for two buggies i had sold, was a right time consuming thing though, they sent 4 attachments that i had to print off, had to format each one so it came off the printer one page (instead of the 3 they had managed) attach two to the parcel and keep one and the driver takes the other
It was TNT that collected mine, must say for the small saving it isn't worth the hassle, you have to wait until the morning for them to send the attachments then print them off, i've booked with ppw today much easier0 -

Thats too way to large to send on a standard service. Interparcel.com do a TITAN service which is for larger items, whether it will cover yours I don't know.
The limit for DHL is 30kg volumetric, which is worked out by length x width x hight/4000. All couriers will be fairly similar.
Could you send it as two or even three parcels?0
