ERRRR My wife has a legitimate janitorial supply company and we use a parcel service i am no way connected to payperparcel or any other parcel company. Would I have tried to go direct to DHL myself if I owned a parcel service? I will happily cut and paste my account if you need to have any further proof! I can plug my wifes company on my signature here too if you want!

So RED*RED*WINE do you work UK Courier Express as you have just sung their praises? After all you have only posted a small number of times! Its easy to jump to conclusions when you have no idea who anybody is, what they do, and where they come from. What makes it worse is you havnt even given me a chance!

Errrr, I think you'll find that I've mentioned more than that courier. Good or bad :D

  • So, has anyone else used DPD this week?
There is no booking form on the site so how do you book a collection?

Has anyone used parceltree? Their DHL (48 hours) service is £6.50. Any feedback about their service?

That you may, and given half a chance I would also have mention the others I have used too. Both good and bad.

However I thought it would be nice as a first post to talk about the good points rather than moan on about the bad points. I presumed that was the whole idea of a forum. So that we are all able to share experiences or is it just a place to make unsubstantiated accusations?

Anyway this is silly I hope I have got my point across. An apology would be be appreciated  . After all thats what Martin Lewis wants quote from the forum etiquette " Pls be nice to all MoneySavers"

Looks like I have a lot of testing to do with all the great suggestions of other courier services that I have missed out on while sitting back and being content with my current provider.

before you can be taken seriously on this thread you have to have established yourself on here, and rightfully so.

.....like it or lump I'm afraid.

(scroll through the thread and you'll see why; DPD have had a legion of loyal marketeers posting about how fantastic they are for months (when their website has been online, that is!)- they get short shrift and rightfully so.)

Ok Fair enough I can see your angle. I just felt like I had been tar'd with the same brush as I was only trying to help. I am new to this and may have inadvertently jumped in at the deep end.

I will try not to take things to heart in the future. The good news is I have taken away a few ideas from this forum and will certainly give some of the other couriers a go. It not always good being too complacent.

I hope that I can start again with a clean slate.

    Thanks

OH is DPD the same people that i see driving around in the vans? If it is they where previously parcel line their national hub is only a few miles from where I live.
