It seems that they don't provide VAT receipt.

    Hi Folks,

Can anyone suggest somewhere that I can drop off a parcel for delivery at a reasonable price? (in the Cardiff/Newport area)

It is a 19" TFT monitor in it's original box but there is no one at home all day to wait for a collection, so I'd rather take it to a depot or somewhere.

Do you know of any local courier depots?

You can use parcelforce and drop it off at the post office, but its something like £12.99 I think/

If they are VAT registerd, then they MUST provide a VAT receipt on request.

    Dear all,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a courier that will ship a box to the USA with high value contents (£3,000). The box is not that big (c.50x50x50cm) and weights less than 10kg. The usual websites never seem cover you for more than £500 so when I go to FedEx, UPS, etc. they are approximately £150-200 which seems so much!

    Any help gratefully received.

For that kind of value you're going to have to pay an awful lot. Try transglobalexpress.org or worldwideparcelservices.co.uk/.com
  • Armitage, I've just looked at the screen shot you posted the other day and PPWexpress have changed their prices AGAIN
Some have gone up, some have gone down.

Business to Business 24hr Delivery has gone up by 1p!
Personally, I wouldn't have bothered changing it for the sake of a penny:rotfl:
