    Panic over!

I've just had an email reply from MHDirect - they said everything is okay and it has been booked :)

I didn't realise they were on ebay... can someone link me to them?
  • Yep its http://stores.ebay.co.uk/couriersdirect glad you are sorted
  • ppwexpress are still changing their website so there maybe more price increases to come

I looked at MHDirect and thought I would try them with the £6.80 next day service but it's actually £7.99 when the VAT is added so not a cheaper option :(

*off to try a few more* at this rate, it will be quicker delivering the blummin parcels myself. I'm fair kerry packered with all this searching _pale_

ppwexpress are shpowing £6.95 now on my pc, increase of £1 - do directparceldelivery still use parcelforce? i thought they had changed to citylink?

They have accounts with both, but use PF most, and they've only used PF for me, no city link.

Since Christmas fuel has go up by 20%, their prices have gone up 45% in 2 months.

Direct Parcel Delivery must be licking their hands with glee.

PPP won't have any customers left...they have gone from the cheapest to one of the most expensive!

I don't like using Direct Parcel Delivery, if you book 10 parcels a day, you could not find the booking record on their website, then you will only get an automatic email with no delivery/collection information. Sometimes PP driver doesn't give us the tracking number for some reason and Direct Parcel Delivery declare in the email they unbale issue a tracking number to customers.

    PPWGate!

Gets weirder by the day. Apparently Lisa, who went to work for one of ppwexpress's "biggest competitors" after packing up a little more than she should from her desk, has now used said info to email everyone ads for the new company.

Which is weird, as only a couple days ago I got one from the well respected PayPerParcel, whom have also recently dropped their charges in line with ppwexpress. I can't say it's a definite link, as I've got an account and email registered with PPP and I'm actually quite pleased they emailed me about the price drop, but it does seem a little strange. What's everyone else think? Who knew the courier business was so full of mystery and intrigue :j:D:cool:
