@ Parisian - PPP would be fine for you. can't remember who else doesn't ask exact dimentions but you can just go through the booking process to find out if you wanna use anyone else. and just stick in guestimates if you need to, i don't think they pay too much attention to the values unless they're over the max.0

anybody use parceltree? I can see they charge VAT on their website, do they provide VAT receipt like parcel2go? I sent an eamil to them a few days ago to ask the same question. Now I am still waiting their reply.0

I bought a TV off ebay for a ridiculously low price but then had to get it moved from Bath to Manchester. After getting a few independant quotes which to be quite honest no longer made the TV a bargain, i came across a website www.shiply.com.
I'd never heard of it before but found it through google, and it was free to use so i thought why not. I received loads of bids from different couriers who all ended up undercutting eachother and ended up with another bargain.
Has anyone else used this before? I felt quite lucky in the end that i stumbled across it.I'd defo recommend it to anyone thats getting stupidly high quotes!

I do not trust any site that does not let me browse without first signing up and registering with them. hmmm yea i admit i wasnt too sure at first, but as the sign up didnt need any of my card details etc i thought i'd give it a go. it said i didn't have to accept any of the bids I received from couriers and it seemed to be all legit couriers on there, and it does say its linked with ebay. my tv turned up safe and sound0 -
It seems to be similar to www.freight2mail.com except that with freight 2mail you have to pay to join, and it seems more aimed at trade. I'll have a look at shiply though as it could be useful0

Has anyone used home textiles from e-bay. Do you get confirmation that you parcel has been booked? Iv just booked but not received anything. Only had confirmation of paypal payment and a reference number. Tried going into tracking information on his site and it comes with an error message when i enter the tracking number. It is due to be picked up today(friday) and not here yet. Know it could be anytime before 6pm but wanted to know their process.
Any help appreciated0
