Are you still using Parcelforce ?
Many other resellers seem to have been 'found out' by Parcelforce and have either suddenly stopped trading or switched to DHL (guess they aren't bothered about companies reselling their services at cheap rates).
How long do you think you will be able to stay with Parcelforce as moving to DHL doesn't seem to do resellers any favours in terms of service quality ?0 -

I've been looking around and trying to figure it out, and seems there's seperate services for business to business, home to home, and business to home, with some of the sites listed here mentioning which theres is (some not doing a very good job of it), others not mentioning anything at all, some using services that although they make no mention of it the actual couriers do...
And my biggest problem is I need to send from a home address to a business address. Which from what I've found, no one actually specifically states they do. So I'm guessing it's either classed as home to home or business to business, and I'm just worried about what happens when i inevitably chose the wrong one
Any help appreciated
Home to business is not a normal requirement in distribution, and as such some carriers will be concerned about the costs of collection from home addresses. Resellers would be able to cope with this, however if you have regular volumes it may be more beneficial to make contact with any of the 'main' couriers and ask them directly.0 -
i think all you ebayers should use sameday to keep those stars

slightly OT but, from what I've witnessed I assumed it was DHL who paid more attention to reselling than PF as most companies who go under seem to be using them, and the PF users seem to be running for ages without problems. B&G had ~2500 feedback before they stopped, and lots of people here seem to have been using them for a long time before they stopped.
would be nice to know which is really more likely to stop resellers sooner, but i guess that'd just be used by those wanting to take advantage of the answer by reselling themselves.0 -
Please no one bother with Capital Trades on eBay anymore!! :exclamati
On Monday I filled out 2 forms on their page which were both successfully sent and then I paid for 2 collection/deliveries via PayPal.
Waited in all day on Tuesday but no collection so as advised in their listing, I contacted them after 7pm to inform them of no collection. No reply to my emails but they had time to leave feedback for other people at 2am!!
Yesterday emailed again twice, couldn't have been nicer to them but yet again, no collection and no reply. Again, they had time to leave other people feedback.
Have emailed for the last time this morning and surprise surprise, no reply! Have opened a PayPal dispute and informed eBay but as you'd have guessed by now - no reply!
Just want people to be wary of paying for items that are listed in the Classified sections. The seller does have good feedback and I have used them with success once before but it seems now they'd rather just take peoples cash and not bother to provide a service or have the decency to take 2 minutes to reply to an email with an explanation.
I'm not happy as it means now it's going to cost me more to send 2 large parcels - grrrr!! :mad:Shopaholic Mummy to a gorgeous pre-schooler, wife to a gorgeous husband, daughter to a gorgeous Mother!0 -
I will remove them from the main list until the problem is resolved

Hi, everyone,
No one has had a problem with Pharon International, right? That is a legit company?
Sorry for the basic question: but I want to send a box of books to a european country. I book the service with Pharos. Do they collect from my home?
I weigh the box, but should I had a few kgs in case my scale is not very precise?
Is there anything else to this type of service? by this I mean, is this no different than packing a box, taking it to the post office and sending it by mail, other than the company collects the box from my home?
What about insurance? Is the service not insured, in the sense that if they lose the box for some reason I am entitled to something?
I would really appreciate if you could answer this really basic questions... I've never used this, so am not sure how to proceed. TIA0
