is anyone else having problems making a booking with PPP? last night i was trying and it just wouldnt take me to the second page of the booking form, this morning its saying 'please enter delivery address' which i have, but it wont let me continue.

Well I made booking with PPP on Friday, for them to collect an item on Monday, i.e. today. It all went through OK and got confirmed by DHL. I waited in all day today and no-one turned up!!! I tried calling them, but it went straight to their answering machine! I don't know what's happening now. I also emailed them earlier today. Will they collect it tomorrow instead, as today was a bank holiday? Some information would have been good from them, at least on their site or by email.

its probably cos its a bank holiday, but like you say, you should have been informed, or shouldnt have been able to make the booking in the first place.
i couldnt get their site to work this morning so as a last resort have used mh direct, but still havnt had the confirmation from DHL, so fingers crossed that they turn up tomorrow!

I can't get past the "Go to stage 2" button either. I tried last week and last night, each time I press the button nothing happens. Has anybody had this problem and found a way around it?

thats the same problem i had and couldnt get past it.
im still waiting for DHL to come today, im not hopeful though as even though i have had the confirmation email from MH direct, i havent had one from DHL which im pretty sure you usually get

I've never had any email confirmation from a courier. You only get them from the booking agent. It would be very reassuring to get one from the courier themselves to prove the booking had been made. Maybe one of the companies mentioned on here could introduce this.

thanks, thats reassuring to know. i will post on here when (if) they come. i was really wary about using MH direct after that the comments from that guy on here (posts have been removed), but there werent many other options for a 24hr courier who accept paypal, at a reasonable price.

For some reason PPWeXpress.com's Booking Form doesn't like Firefox & we have to use IE

thanks, i was trying to use it with firefox so thats probably why it wouldnt work. at least i now know for next time

DHL have just collected my parcel, i can relax now! he was a really nice man as well!
